Fred Middleton-Hacienda Heights, California

      Mr. Middleton wanted a pretty intricate deck designed, cantilevered 20ft over a slope of about 13 degrees. So I was happy to not only design the deck but also draft him a set of blueprints. The deck could not be built because he could not build the caissons as per required by the soil report. Marilyn Sagehorn Interior Designs-Long Beach, CA

       Marilyn is an interior designer who needed some floor plans drafted for a kitchen she is remodeling. This is no ordinary remodel, this kitchen is owned by the Salvation Army. I was very excited and honored to help her so, I not only did the floor plans, but also sections plans as well. Sujana Gummi-La Palma, CA

               Sujana contacted my company because she wanted to update her kitchen, bathroom, and living room, on a $30,000.00 budget. Now to be honest this is not a lot of money for a project this size, some bathrooms I've designed cost $30,000.00 alone. But with a practical, renewable, and cost effective design I presented her with a design packet that included the new design, itemized budget, location of products, paint colors, floor and lighting plans. Below are pictures of the existing rooms now, along with my design next to them.  Sujana wanted a clean Ikea looking kitchen and preferred nuetral colors. References are available upon request.

Dana Thomas-Glassel Park, CA

     Dana is an investor who buys houses and flips them for a profit! He contacted my company because he wanted to do some renderings of this project to help him micro manage the job site. Like I tell everyone renderings are GREAT!! They allow everyone you do business with to see your vision and help everyone understand where you are going with it and what the end result is supposed to look like. It is a very effecient time saver and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them. He gave me a few ideas, then I ran with it, opened up some walls, moved some walls, and came up with the design below!! Just for the record I LOVE how this design came out, and YES all these pictures are of the same house! Dana wanted no paint on the walls and asked for only standard furniture. Again below are a few of the before and after shots. References are available upon request.
